My keys are locked in the trunk. Can you get them out?
Yes. Depending on the vehicle we either reach the trunk through the folding rear seat or open the trunk lock directly. Neither approach damages anything.
My trunk won't open even with the key. What is wrong?
Usually a failed release actuator, a stretched or snapped cable, or a seized latch. We can open the trunk to get your belongings out and tell you which component failed.
Do you open gloveboxes?
Yes, along with locked center consoles. These are common on used vehicles bought without the valet key.
