Our vans work out of the metro core. The further out you are, the longer the drive — that’s just geography, and we’d rather show it than hide it.
Downtown is our highest-volume parking-garage territory. Between the office towers on Main and Market, the medical campus, and event traffic at the KFC Yum! Center, we spend a lot of time on concrete decks several floors up.
The Bardstown Road corridor generates more late-night lockout calls than anywhere else we serve. Restaurants, bars, and music venues run late, street parking is tight, and keys end up locked in cars parked three blocks off the main drag.
St. Matthews is retail density — Mall St. Matthews, Oxmoor Center, and the Shelbyville Road corridor — which means a steady stream of shopping-trip lockouts and a lot of newer vehicles with proximity smart keys.
J-Town is where our fleet work concentrates. Bluegrass Commerce Park is one of the largest industrial parks in the country, and the trucks and vans based there are exactly the vehicles that cost their owners money when they will not start.
Middletown sits along the Shelbyville Road corridor at the east end of Jefferson County, and it is heavily residential with a lot of two- and three-car households.
Shively runs along the Dixie Highway corridor in southwest Jefferson County, with a strong mix of older domestic vehicles and working trucks.
Okolona sits along Preston Highway in south Louisville, close enough to the airport and the UPS Worldport operation that shift patterns shape our call volume here.
Fern Creek is southeast Jefferson County, largely residential, built around the Bardstown Road and Fern Creek Road junction.
Valley Station is the southwestern corner of Jefferson County along Dixie Highway, and it is one of the further reaches of our standard service area.
PRP sits along Dixie Highway in southwest Jefferson County, a settled residential area with a lot of long-owned vehicles.
Lyndon sits between St. Matthews and Middletown along LaGrange Road, mixing residential streets with a solid commercial strip.
Hikes Point is centrally located off Breckenridge Lane and Taylorsville Road, which makes it one of the quickest areas for us to reach.
Germantown and Schnitzelburg are dense, walkable, and almost entirely street-parked. Narrow streets and shotgun houses mean the vehicle is often several doors down from the address you give us.
Clifton and Crescent Hill run along Frankfort Avenue, with a vehicle mix that leans European and a fair number of older cars kept carefully.
Old Louisville is Victorian housing stock, dense street parking, and the University of Louisville campus at its southern edge.
Portland and Butchertown carry a strong commercial and light-industrial character alongside residential streets, with distilleries, workshops, and warehouses mixed in.
Newburg and Buechel sit in southeastern Louisville around Bardstown Road and Poplar Level Road, a mix of residential streets and commercial frontage.
Anchorage is one of the metro's most affluent addresses, with large properties along Evergreen Road and Ridge Road and a vehicle mix that runs heavily European.
Hurstbourne and Douglass Hills sit along the Hurstbourne Parkway corridor, a dense mix of residential subdivisions, office parks, and hotels.
Springhurst and Norton Commons are among the newer developments in northeast Jefferson County, which means newer vehicles and a high proportion of proximity smart keys.
Audubon Park and the Poplar Level corridor sit just south of the Watterson, close to the fairgrounds and the airport.
Prospect has the highest concentration of luxury European vehicles in the metro, and it is where our specialist capability matters most. Range Rovers, Porsches, high-trim Mercedes, and Audis are ordinary driveway cars here.
Oldham County sits northeast of the metro along I-71, and it carries a notably high proportion of European and luxury vehicles for its size.
Bullitt County is at the southern edge of our service area, and drive time is genuinely longer — forty to fifty-five minutes is realistic, not a hedge.
Fairdale sits at the southern edge of Jefferson County near Jefferson Memorial Forest, with Brooks just over the Bullitt County line.
Shelby County is the eastern edge of what we cover, reached along I-64. Drive time is forty-five minutes to an hour and we say so plainly.
Jeffersonville sits across the river via the Kennedy and Lincoln bridges, and we cover it routinely.
Clarksville's retail corridor along Veterans Parkway and around the Green Tree area generates most of our calls here — shopping-trip lockouts, largely.
New Albany is directly across the Ohio River from Louisville, and we serve it as part of our normal territory.
Call anyway. We travel beyond this list for scheduled work and for jobs other locksmiths can’t handle — European all-keys-lost and module programming in particular. What we won’t do is accept a booking two counties away, arrive ninety minutes later than useful, and pretend that was the plan. If we’re not your best option, we’ll say so on the phone.
