Are you really open at 3am?
Yes, every day including holidays. Overnight calls carry a higher rate because someone is getting out of bed, and we tell you that number before dispatching rather than adding it to the bill afterward.
I'm on the side of the interstate. Can you come?
Yes. Please get yourself out of the traffic lane and behind a barrier if one exists, put your hazards on, and wait away from the vehicle rather than inside it. If you are in an active lane, call 911 first — traffic control comes before locksmithing.
Do you charge extra on weekends?
Saturday daytime is standard rate. Sunday, overnight, and major holidays carry a surcharge, quoted on the phone before we dispatch.
What if I can't prove I own the car right now?
We can often verify ownership other ways — the VIN in the windshield against the registration in the glovebox once we are in, or a photo of your title on your phone. What we cannot do is open a vehicle for someone who cannot establish any connection to it.
