What happens when you call
Tell us your vehicle, location, and the help you need. Your VIN helps identify the right key and programming method. We confirm availability and give you an arrival window.
We explain the total price and any service-call or cancellation fee before dispatch. If the work differs from what was described, we explain any price change and ask for approval before proceeding.
At your vehicle, we check photo ID against your registration, title, or insurance card. We test the new key and its supported functions with you before payment.
Advice before a visit
Some problems can be resolved without a visit. A fob may need a battery, or a steering lock may be keeping a key from turning. There is no charge for advice over the phone.
If your vehicle requires dealer-only programming, we explain that before booking. We do not offer emissions modifications or performance tuning.
A familiar name
You may know us as Key Squad 502. We are the same business, with the same phone number and people. You may still see the previous name on our van or paperwork.
Support for repair shops and fleets
We also work with repair shops, dealerships, fleets, and other locksmiths. Ask about scheduling, billing, and trade rates for recurring work.
How we work
Ownership verification
We check your photo ID against the registration, title, or insurance card before opening or keying anything. Have one of those documents on hand.
The quote is the price
A firm number comes back on the phone before dispatch, including the call-out. It doesn't move on arrival. Any re-quote happens before anything is touched, not partway through.
Told when not to buy
If the fix is a $4 battery, a free steering-lock trick, or something you can do yourself in the driveway, you hear that. Repeat customers are worth more than one unnecessary invoice.
