The short version

We collect the minimum needed to quote and perform locksmith work, we use it only for that purpose, and we do not sell it. If you would like your information deleted, email [email protected] and we will do it.

What we collect

When you contact us by phone, text, email, or the form on this site, we collect:

• Your name and contact details
• Vehicle information — year, make, model, and VIN
• The location where service is needed
• A description of the problem

When we perform work, we record what was done, on which vehicle, and the date — both for your warranty and because keeping a record of key work is a basic security practice in this trade.

We check photo ID and proof of ownership before opening or keying any vehicle. We record that the check was performed and the document type. We do not retain photocopies or photographs of your identification.

What this website collects

This site is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no third-party tracking or analytics scripts, and loads no third-party resources. Fonts are self-hosted on our own domain, so your browser makes no request to any outside server while browsing this site.

If we add analytics in future, this notice will be updated before that happens, and we will use a configuration that does not track individuals across other websites.

How we use it

• To quote and carry out the work you asked for
• To contact you about that work
• To honour the workmanship warranty
• To keep records required for tax, insurance, and the security of key work

We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell, rent, or trade them with anyone.

Who we share it with

We share information only where genuinely necessary:

• Payment processors, to take payment. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Our accountant and insurer, where required.
• Law enforcement, where we are legally required to respond to a valid request.

Vehicle key records may also be disclosed to a verified registered owner or to law enforcement investigating a vehicle theft. This is a deliberate part of how a responsible locksmith operates.

How long we keep it

Service records are kept for seven years, which covers the warranty period, tax requirements, and the practical need to know who was issued a key to a vehicle. Inquiries that do not result in work are deleted within twelve months.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information, except where we are legally required to keep it
• Stop contacting you

Children

Our services are for vehicle owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
