Yes. Volume accounts get per-unit pricing well below retail, along with net billing terms. The economics work because batch visits eliminate individual call-outs. Twelve units in one visit costs far less than 12 separate jobs.
Can you work a batch of trade-ins in one visit?
Yes, and it is the most cost-effective way to schedule. Send a VIN list ahead of time and every key is ready to go before the technician arrives.
Can an independent repair shop subcontract work?
Yes, and a meaningful share of the work arrives that way. Shops send over European key jobs and module programming they are not equipped for. The job can run as a subcontract under your invoice, or bill your customer directly, whichever suits.
